Your build is going strongly for a Scholar, Strategists would never have much over 20 Int. You have to get 50 Con minimum, Will also 50 or you will keep running out of mana and die like a rat =3
Your charisma should stop at 70, then you have all troops evolved into lvl60-form. You won't need elite soldiers as scholar until the lvl cap goes above 120. Your dex is fine, I got 35 :3 should be 35-40 dex overall, but I don't see the cast-time as important as adding more into con or will so 35 is enough for me. You can also go all offensive and leave out on the 50 Con, but then you will have to keep yourself out of the enemy sight or just live with dying often

Some of you might ask yourself what this whole thread even is about. Well it's about bobo almost false-skilling his character in a game that you will never get to know but still wish you would know but can be happy that you don't know since you have it here much nicer, so as warning to all of the innocent players out there, don't ask bobo for suggestions on stat distribution(EVs) for your pokemans. He will not know what to do and your pokemons will end up like a pikachu failing at life

Dratini + Reacts vs the Evil Emperor Flevalt and his minion Bernd -- Good vs Evil

It was a cold night. Reacts was observing the stars. Suddenly, He saw what appeared to be an explosion.

He ran towards it as fast as he could.
When he arrived, he couldn't believe his eyes. A magnemite was fighting a dratini. There was a voice commanding magnemite.

"Magnemite, use supersonic!"

Dratini dodged and counter attacked with slam.

"Magnemite, quick counter with magnet bomb!"

Dratini was trying to use safeguard.

"He is trying to learn safeguard, don't let him finish! Magnemite use Gyro Ball!"

It worked, Dratini stopped learning safeguard. Dratini was injured.

"Magnemite, use Zap Cannon!"

Magnemite's Zap Cannon paralyzed Dratini!

About 10 ft behind them, there was a cave. Out of the cave the evil emperor Flevalt came out.

Evil Emperor Flevalt: "That worked like a charm. Bernd, we must now take Dratini inside the cave. We must continue with our plans."

Reacts was speechless. He followed them into the cave. They finally stopped in a place with weird looking scientific machines, and not very far there was a lake. Evil emperor Flevalt and his minion Bernd placed Dratini in the middle of the machines. Dratini's paralyze had worn off, but he could not get lose because of the machines. Suddenly, the machines released a high voltage of electricity.

Evil Emperor Flevalt: "After years of study, we finally did it. With this machine i will drain all of Dratini's stats, I will then release Dratini into the special place i built for him. He will never escape, it will be suitable enough for it to make a full recovery in no time. Each time Dratini recovers i will drain its stats over and over again to turn them into EVs for my lil bernd!"

Reacts felt horrible, he had to do something!

Reacts: " Stop right there! I will not let you do that to Dratini."

Evil Emperor Flevalt: "Get lost kid, or do you prefer to suffer the same fate as Dratini. Thinking it twice, you have seen too much. Prepare to witness our true power! You will be destroyed!!!"

Evil Emperor Flevalt: "Show him how its done Bernd!"

Reacts: *Come on out growlithe!*
Reacts: "We will defeat your magnemite and take Dratini with us!"

Evil Emperor Flevalt: "Foolish kid. You have no idea whats in store for you. Bernd's power is greater than before!! We did manage to transfer some of Dratini's power before you rudely interrupted our plans.

Evil Emperor Flevalt: "All right magnemite, use Thunder Shock!"

Reacts: "Growlithe dodge it! Use Agility! Now Jump!"

Evil Emperor Flevalt: "Magnemite use Sonicboom!"

*Growlithe is hit straight on...Growlithe falls back rolling over twice*

Reacts: "Noooo. How can that be. Sonicboom is a weak attack how can it inflict so much damage?!!"

*It seems like Dratini's stats had a mayor effect on magnemite*

Reacts: "Growlithe are you ok? Please get up!"

Evil Emperor Flevalt: "Magnemite use Gyro Ball!"

Reacts: "Dodge it growlithe and use ember!"

*Magnemite was hit* It was still standing strong! Ember did not do much damage!!*

Evil Emperor Flevalt: "HAHAHAHAHA, foolish kid, not even with Magnemite's weakness you will be able to stop us."

Reacts: "All right Growlithe, we'll need to use a lot more power. Take this Flame Plate!"

*Growlithe's Fire attack power was raised*

Reacts: "Now Growlithe, use ember once more!"

*attack was successful! Ember had a greater damage on Magnemite this time*

Evil Emperor Flevalt: "use Discharge!"

Reacts: "dodge it!"

*Growlithe was unable to dodge Magnemite's attack, Magnemite's attack was super effective*

Reacts: "Nooo! Growlitheeeee!!!"

*Reacts runs to Growlithe and gives it a super potion*

Evil Emperor Flevalt: "Magnemite, use Zap Cannon!"

*Magnemite's attack hits Reacts*

Reacts: "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!"
*Growlithe gets up*

*Growlithe uses flamewheel on Magnemite, attack was successful. It was super effective*

Evil Emperor Flevalt: "Nooo Magnemite!!"

React: "Yes!! Growlithe your learned flamewheel!!"

Evil Emperor Flevalt: "Discharge once more!"

Reacts: " Flamewheel!!"

*Growlithe's attack was successful once more. Magnemite is unable to battle*

Reacts: Yes!! We did it Growlithe!!! Thank you so much you were great!"

Evil Emperor Flevalt: " I... I... I can't believe this!! Magnemite return! You have not seen the last of me kid. We will be back! This time, everything will be different, we will be stronger and you will be destroyed!!"

*Evil Emperor Flevalt retreats*

*Reacts approaches Dratini and free him. Shortly after, officer Jenny and back up arrive"

Officer Jenny: " What happened here? We heard the explosion and came as soon as we could!"

*Reacts tells officer Jenny what happened

Officer Jenny: "I knew he was planning something... Ok Reacts its a bit late. This area is dangerous you should head back to town. I'll have an officer take you."

Reacts: "Thank you Officer Jenny"

Reacts: "Dratini are you ok?"

Dratini: Dratini dratini

Reacts: "Good to know. I think its time for me to head back to town, i need to take Growlithe to a Pokemon Center to make sure its ok, you might need to be examined too. What do you say, would you like to come with me?"

Dratini: Dratini Dratiniii

Reacts: "Great! All right go pokeball!"

*Reacts catches Dratini, adding it to his team*

*Reats heads back to town*

*Date obtained: 8/6/2010

*time: 9:54 PM USA east time

TV in the Pokemon Center-News: Today, the Evil Emperor Flevalt and his minion magnemite took prisoner a Dratini. They wanted to drain its stats over and over again to turn them into EVs for magnemite. Fortunately,They were defeated by a young trainer from Manzanilla named Reacts, and Dratini was freed, Officer Jenny and her team removed the machines from the cave where everything happened. Emperor Flevalt is a fugitive now. Anyone with information on his whereabouts please call 911. We still don't know how the machines operate. This will need further investigation. In honor of Reacts' brave work, a statue honoring him and his brave actions was constructed.

The statue contains writings saying: "Reacts, he freed the dratini from the claws of the evil emperor Flevalt and his minion Bernd"
In other news, "belthazor got epicly owned by the server for being a fuck!ng cheater!"

I want to test my fortune telling card system, which will hopefully be implented into the game in some far future. So if someone is interested, you may ask any question you want for somethings future and my card system will get into use.

You could ask for example "how does my future look like?", "what will happen if I break into a bank tommorrow to steal the money there?", "what would have happened if I had finished school?" or whatever interests you. I can tell you the answer. Depending on the question, I use a different amount of cards to make the future prediction as accurate as possible.
Might as well also see through your whole life. Past, present and future.

let me start off by saying that I hack pokemon roms therefore I can make designs of sprites from fire red leaf green ruby sappire and emerald I can also manipulate them to look differnt so If you want the DESIGN for a sprite or anything then ask her and maybe I could do it THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOUR SPRITE WILL GO IN GAME if the sprite is good and an admin or someone agrees to put it ingame then congrats but I just make the designs here are some examples (ps I did not make all of these a few are some friends that I know who are also hackers ) ALL THE SPRITES THAT I POST ARE EITHER MINE OR MY FRIENDS THEY ALL GO TO THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS AND I HAVE THEIR FULL APPROVAL OF DOING THIS DON'T STEAL THEM OR CLAIM THERE YOURS FOR SRS.. >=l (I do have the backs the sides and the walking,running formations for these sprites.
